Very delicious hearty omelette for those brunch ideas.
Salt, black pepper, red pepper to taste
2 onions diced in cubes
1 tomato diced in cubes
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp cumin powder
3 tbs oil
Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl
Take a frying pan and pour 3 tbsp oil
Transfer the mixture in a pan
Cook on low turning twice until the omelette is golden brown
Serve with toast , bread of your choice
