ROOTS

Deep in the forest,
where darkness prevails.

Dead trees are found,
with roots buried
in the ground.

Once they were full bloom trees,
Standing up tall,
with branches rustling
in the wind.

Time has left its mark on them.
Yet they still reminds us
of precious life that,
once exist.
