Letter to Julian

Dear Julian,

You did great. Having control over one’s emotions, feelings at times is not easy but you did great. You held yourself at higher standards, I certainly feel proud of you, and you should feel proud of yourself too. I strongly believe that you have now realized that hurt, betrayal, deceit is part of life and it is not your fault if you did not see it coming. It happens to the best of best. Go back in history and you will find examples of great betrayals and deceits happened to humankind even from their loved ones. It is the ugliest face of humanity yet it present itself in different shapes and forms and at different times. I realized very well that it was very tough for you both mentally and physically to face and live with the ugliest lies about yourself presented by others and from those who you suspected the least. It is not worth confronting them because you and I very well know that there will be more lies. What you need to do is to try to learn from that experience and move on. However, I must tell you that you have been doing great. You have been able to pick yourself up after facing deep mental breakdown . Yesterday, especially if you noticed it or not you faced your fear of talking to a person who deeply betrayed you. You were calm, composed and confident. You had it under control and you relayed your message well. This in itself is your victory and you do not need any ones acknowledgment to tell you otherwise. My love be kind to yourself. Remind yourself every day that you are worth it and stick with it. I was very happy to see that you have made a regular habit of listing all the things you are grateful for in your life and you would agree with me that the benefits of focusing on our blessings in life compared to our shortcomings are enormous. I also see that you take care of yourself both physically and mentally. I loved the wide range of your creative hobbies that you have taught yourself and engage with them on daily basis. You are making an effort in reaching out and helping the most vulnerable people of our community and people around the globe by creating awareness, making donations, raising funds and above all remembering all of them in your prayers. You have reminded yourself through patience, prayers and virtue that great rewards comes in due time and have demonstrated great resilience in time of adversity. Let me tell you this if you have not already heard it yet, “you are one brave soul and He is looking out for you.”

Stay blessed and happy
